Grammotex, the people behind the Swedish singles chart, got back to me re: the single and pointed out that physical singles make up a very small part of the singles sales these days. From what I can see, only one single out of the sixty on the list is not a download version, and that one was sold in connection with one of the biggest concert tours this summer. So, in conclusion, what killed TM's chances of making it onto the list was JE's ban on digital sales. This is why foreign companies should always listen to people who actually know the local market.
Also, there were clearly too few singles printed. Positive thinking, that. Could be because no one felt like promoting it... *grumbles*
There WILL be more singles printed, but since everyone's on vacation right now, I'm not sure how long it's going to take before they're ready to be shipped. I put in an order with Ginza, so we'll see if their stock lasts. In that case, I will sell those on a first come, first served basis.
ETA: The Ginza batch was delivered today, so the Ebay listing should be up fairly soon.
